Filenames:
Filenames NOT inside an archive (ZIP) may contain up to 29 alphanumeric characters. Spaces, slashes (/) and other non-alphanumeric characters in file names will cause transfers to fail. Compressing all of your project file(s) into a Zip archive is mandatory. Filenames inside of a Zip archive may contain all the usual characters without a problem.

After sending your files, please contact your customer sales representative, sales person, and/or the digital pre-press department with information and instructions for them.

Software:
To compress multiple files into an archive, select the files you wish to compress, right-click and select Compress (Mac) or use Winzip (PC).
